In designing our website, we made a liberal use of the rising sun as the main motif to symbolize the core identity of Ildong Pharmaceutical Group and included pages introducing our product offerings, our group, our CSR efforts, and our commitment to corporate ethics. On August 1, 2016, Ildong Pharmaceutical Group, as part of our ongoing commitment to realizing our vision and maximizing value for our shareholders, underwent a drastic restructuring process that added greater transparency to our corporate governance, made our management more stable and efficient than ever, and strengthened our expertise and sense of responsibility in each business sector.

The restructuring process resulted in the foundation of Ildong Pharmaceutical, Ildong Bioscience, and Ildong Hyaltech, leaving Ildong Holdings at the head of the group and in charge of investing in and managing the individual businesses under the group’s umbrella and exploring new business opportunities.

Ildong Holdings is the Ildong Pharmaceutical Group’s holdings company and is responsible for fueling the group’s continued growth through capital injections. In addition, Ildong Holdings is also responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of resources within the group and supporting the group entities pursue and achieve their respective business objectives.

Ildong Holdings will continue to grow and evolve through positive changes and innovations and emerge as a healthcare group of global proportions.
